The fee for this assignment is included in the base bid for the General Work. Funds for this work are available in the University Hospital Income Account. A schedule of the bids received has been filed with the Secretary of the Board for record. In accordance with the University's regulations adopted pursuant to the Illinois Purchasing Act, the tie was broken by lot since the bids and bidders were deemed equal in every respect, and Narowetz Heating and Ventilating Company is recommended for the award.
