MEETING O F T H E B O A R D O F T R U S T E E S OF THE UNIVERSITY OF ILLINOIS September 29, 1931 The September meeting of the Board of Trustees of the University of I l n i was held at the University in Urbana, at 10 o'clock a.m. on lios Tuesday, September 29, 1931. The following members were present: President Barr, Mr. Armstrong, Mr. Blair, Mrs. Grigsby, Dr. Noble, Mr. Trees. President Chase was present. In the absence of the Secretary, Mr. A. J. Janata was asked to serve as Secretary Pro Tempore. MINUTES APPROVED The Secretary Pro Tempore presented the minutes of the meeting of July 27, 1931. On motion of Mr. Armstrong, the minutes were approved as printed on pages 383 to 408 above. 409
