Ramsey, John P„ Jr., Instructor in Transportation, for ten months beginning September I, 1931, at a cash compensation of twenty-four hundred dollars ($2400). Richardson, Eleanor Louise, Assistant in Botany, on one-half time, for ten months beginning September 1, 1931, at a cash compensation at the rate of sixty dollars ($60) a month.
