A recommendation that the general contract be awarded to Mr. H. G. Whittenberg, of Louisville, Kentucky, on the basis of his low bid of $226,000, subject to the acceptance of deductions A and B. On motion of Mrs. Evans, this contract was awarded to the lowest bidder, H. G. Whittenberg, as recommended. Mr. Whittenberg was introduced and made a statement to the Board. HEATING, PLUMBING, AND ELECTRIC WIRING 2. A recommendation that the contracts for the heating and plumbing b awarded to the lowest bidders, Johnson Brothers, on the basis of their bids of J9400 for heating and $21,694 for plumbing, and that the contract for electric wiring be awarded to the lowest bidders, the Hatfield Electric Company, on the basis of their bid of $4285. On motion of Dr. Noble, the contract for heating was awarded to the lowest bidders, Johnson Brothers, as recommended. On motion of Mr. Fisher, the contract for plumbing was awarded to the lowest bidders, Johnson Brothers, as recommended.
