Trees; no, none; absent, Mr. Blair, Dr. Noble, M r . Small. APPROPRIATION FOR ARCHEOLOGICAL EXPLORATIONS (6) Dr. Warren K. Moorehead, who has been in charge of our archeological explorations, requests an additional $500 to complete the work on the Ogden-Dickson Mound near Lewistown. Barr, this recommendation was approved. LEAVE OF ABSENCE FOR PROFESSOR B. SMITH HOPKINS (8) On request of Professor B. Smith Hopkins of the Department of Chemistry, approved by Professor Roger Adams and Dean Babcock, I recommend that he be given a sabbatical leave of absence for one year, under the rules, arrangements as to time to be approved by the President of the University.
