O n motion of M r . Armstrong, this curriculum w a s approved. STATUS OF TERM APPOINTEES (42) A statement concerning the status, under the provisions for death benefits and retiring allowances, of persons appointed for a definite term. T h e President of the University w a s requested to m a k e a recommendation o n this matter. IMPROVEMENTS NEAR STADIUM (43) A statement concerning certain drainage and pavement improvements in the neighborhood of the Stadium, which the Athletic Association is proposing to have done. The University's share of the cost will be about $26,000. O n motion of M r . Armstrong, the general plan w a s approved and the Athletic Association w a s authorized to proceed with the improvements, contracts to be awarded and all work done under the direction of the Supervising Architect, and with the understanding that the contracts for paving First and Fourth Streets be let separately, so that the University's share of the cost might be determined. RADIO STATION BUILDING (44) An estimate of the cost of construction of the building for the Roger Sullivan Memorial Radio Station.
