MEETING OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE UNIVERSITY OF ILLINOIS March 11, 1 9 2 4 The annual meeting of the Board of Trustees of the University ot Illinois was held at the Blackstone Hotel, in Chicago, at 11 o'clock a. m. on Tuesday, March II, 1924. W h e n the Board convened, the following members were present: Mr. Armstrong, Mrs. Blake, Mrs. Busey, Mrs. Evans, Mrs. Grigsby, Dr. Noble, Mr. Trees. Mr. Trees was elected chairman and Mrs. Evans Secretary pro tempore. DR. W. L. NOBLE ELECTED PRESIDENT OF THE BOARD Dr. Noble was unanimously elected to the office of President of the Board of Trustees for one year. 427
