Contract, Excavating, Grading, and Hauling, Urbana

(24) The president of the University, with the concurrence of the appropriate administrative officers, recommends the award of a cost-plus contract to Dean Evans Company, Champaign, the sole bidder, for excavating, grading, and hauling at the Urbana campus for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1995. The contractor bid on percentages to be added to an estimated volume of material, labor, and subcontractors.
