The sum of $6,000 or so much thereof as may be necessary was appropriated from the Reserve and Contingent fund for this purpose by the following vote: Aye, Mr. Abbott, Mrs. Blake, Mrs. Busey, Mrs. Evans, Mr. Hoit, Mr. Noble; no, none; absent, Mr. Blair, Mrs. Grigsby, Mr. Herbert, Mr. Small, Mr. Trimble.
