MEETING OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE UNIVERSITY OF ILLINOIS March 8, 1921 The annual meeting of the Board of Trustees of the University of Illinois was held at the University, in Urbana, at 10 a.m. on Tuesday, March 8, 1921. When the Board convened, the following members were present: Mr. Abbott, Mrs. Busey, Mr. Herbert, Mr. Hoit. Mrs. Busey was asked to take the chair. On motion of Mr. Abbott, a recess until 1:30 p. m. was taken. When the Board convened after the recess, the following members were present: Mr. Abbott, Mrs. Blake, Mrs. Busey, Mrs. Evans, Mrs. Grigsby, Mr. Herbert, Mr. Hoit, Mr. Noble, and Mr. Small. The Secretary called the meeting to order and asked Governor Small to act as Chairman. MINUTES APPROVED The Secretary presented the minutes of the meeting of February 18, 1921. On motion of Mr. Herbert, the minutes were approved as printed on pages 181 to 193 above. 195
