MR. W. L. A B B O T T E L E C T E D PRESI D E N T

Governor Small called for nominations for the office of President of the Board of Trustees. Mr. Herbert nominated Mr. Abbott. On motion of Mr. Noble, the nominations were closed, and the Secretary cast the unanimous ballot of the meeting for Mr. Abbott, and he was declared elected President of the Board for one year. Mr. Abbott took the chair.

MR. H. E. C U N N I N G H A M E L E C T E D S E C R E T A R Y

Mrs. Blake nominated Mr. Harrison E. Cunningham as Secretary. On motion of Governor Small, President Abbott cast the vote of the Board for Mr. Cunningham and he was declared elected Secretary of the Board of Trustees for one year.

MR. A. M. B U R K E E L E C T E D T R E A S U R E R

Mrs. Busey nominated Mr. Arthur M. Burke, President of the Citizen's State Bank of Champaign, as Treasurer. Governor Small seconded the nomination. On motion of Mrs. Evans, the Secretary cast the vote of the Board for Mr. Burke, and he was declared elected Treasurer for the term of two years, beginning when his bond should be approved by the Board. It was the understanding of the Board that this election was subject to the usual conditions of furnishing a satisfactory bond and the payment of interest at the rate of two per cent on daily balances, such interest to be credited monthly.

MR. LLOYD MOREY E L E C T E D COMPTROLLER

Mr. Hoit nominated Mr. Lloyd Morey for the office of Comptroller for one year, and Mr. Morey was elected.

EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE ELECTED

Mrs. Blake nominated Mrs. Busey to serve as a member of the Executive Committee. Governor Small seconded this nomination. Mr. Herbert nominated Mr. Hoit. Mr. Noble seconded this nomination. On motion of Mr. Herbert, the nominations were closed, and the Secretary cast the ballot of the meeting for Mrs. Busey and Mr. Hoit, and they were declared elected members of the Executive Committee, to serve with the President of the Board (as Chairman) tor one year.
