T h e income of the School of Medicine for t h e year ending April 21, 1898, will be about ,.... $40,000 00 T h e expenses for the same time will be about* 32.000 00' E stimated balance $8,000 00 This balance ought to be held as a working capital, as the income from this time to October 1st, is not sufficient to meet the expenses for that time. I notice by the reports of Dr. Steele. Actuary, that quite a number of rebates on tuition have been made; as at present no authority has been given, by the Board of Trustees for this, I desire instructions in the matter. .Respectfully submitted, S.
