Illinois Industrial University. 87 Mr. President and Gentlemen, I am a little afraid that will be the fall of some of the Supervisors of Champaign County. I can only say in all seriousness, that I value your worthy Begent highly. I honor him for his ability, courage, fidelity and perseverance in the face of obstacles, whose magnitude, no one but him can fully realize. When he spoke today, he drove a nail in a sure place, and the Governor clinched it. I am glad to be here, and I hope the Industrial University will go onward and upward, conquering and to conquer.
