Experiment stations shall 1M* organized to conduct re515 s trch work, which shall have for its object the solution of problems concerning the economic and scientific phases of agriculture and engineering. 95. Similar organizations for research in other fields mav to established by the Board of Trustees, on the recommendation of 520 the President of the University and the Senate. 96. The Deans of the Colleges of Agriculture and of Kiinineering shall be ex officio Directors of the Agricultural and Engineering Experiment Stations, respectively, and the heads or chairmen of those departments organized for such experimental work 525 shall be ex officio chiefs of corresponding divisions of the staffs of tli -e Stations. !)T.
