The deans of students, directors of health services, and student representatives from each campus have concurred in the schedule of benefits to be provided under the contract. The vice president for administration and comptroller has recommended award of the health insurance contract for 1977-78 to the lowest qualified bidder for all campuses, Illinois Hospital and Health Service, Inc., Rockford, Illinois. I concur.

On motion of Mr. Livingston, this contract was awarded.
