Interest to be conveyed as air rights: T h e West ten feet of the East 99.5 feet of the South 12 feet of Lot 4 ; the West ten feet of the East 99.5 feet of Lots 5 and 6 ; the West 9.75 feet of the East 99.5 feet of Lots 7 and 8; and the West 9.75 feet of the East 99.5 feet of the North 13 feet of Lot 9, all in J. J.
