this discovery. It is the opinion of the University Patent Committee that the discovery will have little, if any, commercial value and there is some doubt that a patent can even be obtained. The Committee recommends that the University release to Dr. H a h n any interest it may have in his patent application, subject to any rights of the United States Navy in this discovery. If this is approved by the Board, the University will secure from Dr. H a h n a license agreement giving it the right to. grant an irrevocable nonexclusive royalty-free license to the United States Government.
