ASSIGNMENT OF PAINTING CONTRACT ON C O N S T R U C T I O N OF RESEARCH AND EDUCATIONAL HOSPITALS A D D I T I O N (20) As a result of negotiations the Patrick W a r r e n Construction Company agrees to assign to the University its contract with Associated Decorators, Inc., Chicago, for interior painting in the addition to the Research and Educational Hospitals for which the Warren Company is the general contractor, and will allow the University a credit of $12,222.63 which represents the estimated cost of work yet to be done, plus a proportionate amount of the anticipated profit. This will expedite completion of construction, reduce the amount of work under control of the Patrick W'arren Construction Company, and avoid further increased costs resulting from wage increases effective April I, 1953.
