The Secretary was authorized to make these changes after conferring with Mr. Johnston. 1 On motion of Mrs. Watkins, the General Rules Concerning University Organization and Procedure were adopted. The complete text, as amended in accordance with the above changes, is printed as an appendix to these minutes (page 1058).
