MEETING OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE UNIVERSITY OF ILLINOIS J u n e 13, 1951 The June meeting of the Board of Trustees of the University of Illinois was held in the LaSalle Hotel, Chicago, Illinois, on Wednesday, June 13, 1951, beginning at 6:00 p.m. (C.D.S.T.). The following members were present: President Livingston, Mr. Fornof, Mr. Grange, Mr. Herrick, Mr. Hickman, Mrs. Holt, Mr. Johnston, Mr. Megran, Mr. Nickell, and Mrs. Watkins. Also present were President George D. Stoddard, Provost Coleman R. Griffith, Mr. Ralph F. Lesemann, Legal Counsel-elect, Mr. J. F. Wright, Director of Public Information, Mr. Lloyd Morey, Comptroller, Mr. C. W. Weldon, Treasurer, and Mr. A. J. Janata, Secretary of the Board. MINUTES APPROVED The Secretary presented the minutes of the meeting of April 19, 1951, press proof copies of which had been sent to all members of the Board in advance of this meeting. On motion of Mr. Johnston, these minutes were approved as printed on pages 649 to 685, inclusive. 735
