Illinois and the Board of Directors of the University of Illinois Foundation to enter into an agreement with them relative to the acceptance of their offer which is presented in a formal deed of gift. I recommend that this offer be accepted and that the Comptroller and the Secretary of the Board be authorized to execute the agreement on behalf of the University. I t has already been executed by Mr. and Mrs. Horner and by officers of the Foundation.

On motion of Mr. Johnston, this offer was accepted, and authority was granted as recommended.
