regret this very much indeed as it would giv© me great pleasure to accept your courteous invitation. I wish to extend to the University, to you and your assistants, my hearty congratulations upon the completion of this very important part of your equipment, as I am sure it will permit of the accomplishment of muoh work which will be useful to all of the people.
