It also includes projects which are less urgent at present but which are quite certain to become urgent. This is especially true if the enrollment is not limited to 20,000. Cost estimates are available for some of these projects but they are not given because marked changes in cost may occur before the projects are actively considered. President Fornof expressed the appreciation of the Board for the careful work of Professor Huntington and his committee.
