MEETING OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE UNIVERSITY OF ILLINOIS June 22, 1950 The J u n e meeting of the Board of Trustees of the University of Illinois was held in the Mini Union Building, at the University, in Urbana, on Thursday, June 22, 1950, beginning at 1 r o'clock a.m., Central Da3'light Saving Time. W h e n the Board convened in open session, the following members and officers were present: President Williamson, Mr. Fornof, M r . Hickman, M r s . Holt, Mr. Livingston, Mr. McLaughlin, Dr. Meyer, Mr. Nickell, M r s . Watkins. President Stoddard was present; also Provost C. R. Griffith, Dr. A. C. Ivy, Vice-President in charge of the Chicago Professional Colleges, Mr. A. J. Janata, Assistant to the President, Mr. H. E. Cunningham, Secretary, Mr. Lloyd Morey, Comptroller, Dean L. N . Ridenour, of the Graduate College, Dean H. R. Bowen, of the College of Commerce and Business Administration, and other members of the administrative and teaching staff. MINUTES APPROVED The Secretary presented the minutes of the meeting of April 19, 1950. On motion of Dr. Meyer, the minutes were approved as printed on pages 1067 to 1120 above. "75
