MEETING OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE UNIVERSITY OF ILLINOIS March 14, 1950 The annual meeting of the Board of Trustees of the University of Illinois was held at Hotel LaSalle, in Chicago, on Tuesday, March 14, 1950, according to the following schedule: 10:30 a.m. — Executive session as in Committee of the Whole. 2:00 p.m. — Open session. T h e following members were present: President Williamson, M r . Fornof, Mr. Herrick, M r s . Holt, Dr. Meyer, Mr. Nickell, M r s . Watkins. President Stoddard was present; also Dr. A. C. Ivy, Vice-President in charge of the Chicago Professional Colleges, Professor C. R. Griffith, Provost, M r . A. J. Janata, Assistant to the President, Mr. H . E . Cunningham, Secretary, Mr. Lloyd Morey, Comptroller, and, during part of the day, M r . I. L. Porter, Treasurer, Mr. J. F . Wright, Director of Public Information, and Mr. Wilbur Schramm, Asssitant to the President. 1041
