the University of Illinois are authorized to delegate the signing of their names as President and Secretary respectively to vouchers against funds of the Division of Services for Crippled Children to be presented to the State Auditor under the following conditions: The President of the Board of Trustees is authorized to delegate to Herbert R. Kobes and Mabel F. Meek authority to sign his name as President of the Board of Trustees on vouchers against the State Auditor approved in accordance with regulations of the Board. The Secretary of the Board of Trustees is authorized to delegate to Mrs. Freida M. Hicks and to Lean C. Ryan authority to sign his name as Secretary of the Board of Trustees to vouchers against the State Auditor approved in accordance with the regulations of the Board. And be it further resolved that the Auditor of Public Accounts is hereby authorized and directed to honor vouchers bearing facsimile signatures of the President and the Secretary of the Board of Trustees of the University of Illinois if such facsimile signatures resemble the facsimile specimen duly certified to or filed with the Auditor of Public Accounts by the Secretary. COLLEGE OF AGRICULTURE AND AGRICULTURAL EXPERIMENT STATION RESEARCH AND MARKETING FUND BUDGET (7) Federal funds have been allocated to the College of Agriculture and the Agricultural Experiment Station for further research into the basic laws and principles relating to agriculture and to improve and facilitate the marketing and distribution of agricultural products. The amount which has been made available is $S2.936 for the fiscal year 1947-1048, and the following budget is submitted: Salaries (appointments to be approved by the P r e s i d e n t ) . . . .$36 200 Wages 5 000 Expense and equipment n 736 $52 936 The foregoing budget has been prepared by Dean and Director H.
