CURRICULUM IN FOOD TECHNOLOGY (Approved by the Board, page 394) For the Degree of Bachelor of Science in Food Technology This curriculum is for students who wish to prepare for employment in the food industries. By appropriate choice of electives and, where possible, by summer employment in selected industries the individual may fit himself for entrance and advancement in one of numerous technical or business phases of the food industries.
