Flinn, co-executors under the will of M r s . Louise M. Leopold, have forwarded to the University $5,000 in satisfaction of the legacy under such will. This matter was previously reported to the Board of Trustees on March 9, 1946 (Minutes, page 1,017). This report was received for record.
