Wilson of Wilson and Company, Chicago, and Mr. William Bartholomay, Jr., of Marellbar Farms, breeders of Scotch Shorthorn cattle, have contributed $687.50 each (a total of $1,375) to the University toward the purchase of a Shorthorn bull, "Mercury's Leader," recently acquired by the University at the Marellbar F a r m s sale. The acquisition of this excellent animal will greatly improve the University's Shorthorn herd. M r . D a v i s c o m m e n t e d on this matter. O n m o t i o n of M r .
