1955] UNIVERSITY OF ILLINOIS 86 3 EXECUTIVE SESSION At this point an executive session was requested and was ordered for discussion of a matter of policy on which the President of the University desired the advice of the Board. President Henry discussed with the Board the proposed state scholarship program for private and public institutions and the position which the University of Illinois should take with respect to such a program. RECESS The Board recessed to be guests of Major Lenox R. Lohr, President of the Museum of Science and Industry, at luncheon. Following luncheon, Major Lohr addressed the Board and with particular reference to the University of Illinois exhibits in the Museum. President Megran expressed for the members of the Board and other guests appreciation of the hospitality of Major Lohr and his staff. On motion of Mrs. Watkins, the Board adjourned. A. J. JANATA H.
