On motion of M r s . Watkins, these minutes were approved as printed on pages 1365 to 1712 ( J u n e ) , a n d 1 to 44 ( J u l y ) , inclusive.

At the conclusion of the regular order of business, the President of the University introduced Director R. W . Fleming of the Institute of Labor and Industrial Relations a n d Dean Joseph R . Smiley of the College of Liberal A r t s a n d Sciences, who addressed the Board on the state of their respective divisions.

NOVEMBER MEETING

No date was set for the regular November meeting, it being left to the President of the Board to call this subject to the five days' notice r e quired in the By-Laws. On motion of M r . Livingston, the Board adjourned.
