The motion was seconded by Mr. Swain and was adopted.

NONDEVELOPMENT OIL A N D GAS LEASE COVERING AGRICULTURAL EXPERIMENT FIELD IN SALINE COUNTY

The Board of Trustees authorized its Executive Committee to execute a nondevelopment oil and gas lease for the University's agricultural experiment field in Saline County. Prior to completion of negotiations, Mr. Amos S. Wood, the applicant for the lease, informed the University that he had no further interest in securing the same.
