Davis, the employment of A r t h u r Y o u n g and Company was authorized as recommended. REPORT O F AUDIT O F ATHLETIC ASSOCIATION At this point, M r . Davis reported that the Committee on Athletic A c tivities has received a copy of the report on the examination of the accounts of the Athletic Association of the University of Illinois for the year ended J u n e 30, 1945, by A r t h u r Y o u n g a n d Company, auditors. T h e report is supplemented by a report from the University Auditing Division covering the detailed audit of ticket sales for the year. T h e report of A r t h u r Young and Company includes a certification of the balance sheet and statement of income, expenses, and operating surplus. T h e report of the University A u d i t i n g Division shows that all matters relating to ticket sales have been satisfactorily handled. T h i s report was received for record.
