Lafayette Coal Company, contract dated October 1, 1945, for 7,500 to 10,000 tons of coal, @ $1.84 a ton, f.o.b. mine. 2. Southern Coal Company (Oldroyd Coal Company), contract dated October 1, 1945, for 7,500 to 10,000 tons of coal, @ $1.89 f.o.b. mine. 3.
