With Executive Committee Meeting of December 12, 1944

The November meeting of the Board of Trustees of the University of Illinois was held at the University Club, 76 East Monroe Street, Chicago, at 10 o'clock a.m. on Thursday, November 30, 1944The following members were present: President Livingston, Mr. Davis, Mr. Fornof, Mrs. Grigsby, Mr. Jensen, Mr. McKelvey, Mr. Nickell. President Willard was present; also Mr. A. J. Janata, Assistant to the President, Mr. H. E. Cunningham, Secretary, Mr. Lloyd Morey, Comptroller, and, during the open session, Mr. J. F. Wright, Director of Public Information.

MINUTES APPROVED

The Secretary presented the minutes of the meetings of September 29, 1944, and October 24, 1944, and, for record, of the Executive Committee of November 2, 1944. On motion of Mr. Jensen, the minutes of the meetings of September 29, 1944, and October 24, 1944, were approved, as printed on pages 203 to 288 above; and the minutes of the meeting of the Executive Committee of November 2, 1944, were received for record as printed on pages 289-290 above.
