MEETING OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE UNIVERSITY OF ILLINOIS October 24, 1944 With Executive Committee Meeting of November 2, 1944 The October meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Universi of Illinois was held at the University Club, 76 East Monroe Street, hicago, at 3 o'clock p.m. on Tuesday, October 24, 1944. The following members were present: President Livingston, Mr. Davis, Mr. Fornof, Mr. Jensen, Mr. McKelvey, Dr. Meyer. President Willard was present; also Mr. A. J. Janata, Assistant to the President, Mr. H. E. Cunningham, Secretary, Mr. Lloyd Morey, Comptroller, and, during the open session, Mr. J. F. Wright, Director of Public Information. 267
