The State Department of Health reports that its work is hampered by the lack of a curriculum in Public Health Engineering at the University of Illinois. The University Senate recommends the establishment of the following fiveyear curriculum leading to the degree of Bachelor of Science in Public Health Engineering to be offered in the Colleges of Engineering and Medicine. First Three Years The first three years are the same as the first three years of the curriculum in Civil Engineering, except that the elective in the second semester of the third year should be either Engineering 92 or Electrical Engineering 4 and 64.
