MEETING OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE UNIVERSITY OF ILLINOIS June 20, 1942 The June meeting of the Board of Trustees of the University of Illinois was held at the Chicago Illini Union Building, 715 South Wood Street, Chicago, at ro a.m. on Saturday, June 20, 1942. The following members were present: President Meyer, Mr. Adams, Mr. Cleary, Mr. Davis, Mr. Fornof, Mrs. Grigsby, Mr. Jensen, Mr. Karraker, Mr. Livingston. President Willard was present; also Mr. A. J. Janata, Assistant to the President, Mr. H. E. Cunningham, Secretary, Mr. Lloyd Morey, Comptroller, Mr. C. S. Havens, Director of the Physical Plant Department, and Mr. J. F. Wright, Director of Public Information. MINUTES APPROVED The Secretary presented the minutes of the meetings of April 22 and May 16, 1942. On motion of Mr. Cleary, the minutes were approved as printed on pages 827 to 906 above. 907
