MEETING OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE UNIVERSITY OF ILLINOIS November 18, 1941 The November meeting of the Board of Trustees of the University of Illinois was held at the Chicago Illini Union Building, in Chicago, at 10:30 a.m. on Tuesday, November 18, 1941. The following members were present: President Cleary, Mr. Adams, Mr. Davis, Mr. Fornof, Mrs. Grigsby, Mr. Jensen, Mr. Livingston. President Willard was present; also Mr. A. J. Janata, Assistant to the President, Mr. H. E. Cunningham, Secretary, Mr. Lloyd Morey, Comptroller, Mr. C. S. Havens, Director of the Physical Plant Department, and Mr. J. F. Wright, Director of Public Information. MINUTES APPROVED The Secretary presented the minutes of the meeting of October 21, 194L On motion of Mr. Jensen, the minutes were approved as printed on pages 659 to 690 above. 691
