REAPPROPRIATION O F UNEXPENDED BALANCES (11) A recommendation that the following unexpended balances estimated as of July I, 1941, for various purposes be reappropriated for the purposes indicated in each case for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 1941, due to the fact that it has not been possible to complete the work or purchases contemplated for these purposes. Under the budget rules of the Board, these balances are lapsed on June 30, unless reappropriated. T h e total amount is $133,300.
