1941] UNIVERSITY OF ILLINOIS 255 APPROPRIATION BY A T H L E T I C ASSOCIATION FOR SERVICE B U I L D I N G (20) T h e Board of Directors of the Athletic Association has made an assignment of $1,500, from unassigned surplus funds, for the construction of a service building on Illinois Field to provide toilet facilities, space for concessions, and storage for equipment, t o replace old, unsightly buildings previously used for such purposes for many years, and requests the approval of the Board of T r u s t e e s of this adjustment in its budget. On motion of Mr. Fornof, this adjustment was approved. At this point, President Cleary withdrew for a short time, after asking Mr. Karraker to take the chair.
