192 BOARD OF TRUSTEES [February 21 On motion of Mr. Cleary, this appropriation was made from the General Reserve Fund, to be expended as funds are at hand, and to be repaid as receipts are available, by the following vote: Aye, Mr. Adams, Mr. Cleary, Mr. Davis, Mr. Jensen, Mr. Mayer, Mr. Pogue; no, none; absent, Mr. Green, Mr. Karraker, Dr. Meyer, Mrs. Plumb, Mr. Wieland. CONTRACT CHANGE ORDERS ON P.W.A. PROJECTS (9) P u r s u a n t to the authorization of the Board of Trustees, I have approved the following contract change orders and request confirmation of such approval: Illini Union Building Change Order No. 15, contract with the Wadeford Electric Company for electrical work. (1) Installation of conduit only for intercommunicating telephone system $171 5° (2) Provision of low-tension outlets in Rooms Nos. 131 and 244 not shown in drawings 44 10 (3) E x t r a labor in locating receptacle outlets closer to floor than indicated on drawings 179 00 (4) E x t r a expense incident to relocating four receptacle outlets in Rooms Nos. 210 and 211 16 40 (5) E x t r a circuit to separate emergency and regular lighting for basement stairs 20 00 (6) Providing electric outlet in new battery room n 20 (7) E x t r a cost for providing glass for cove lighting in Rooms Nos. 50 and 52 after same had been once omitted 46 00 Total Additional Cost $488 20 Change Order No. 5, contract with G. H . Schanbacher & Son Company for interior decorating. (1) Furnish P.W.A. tablet in accordance with quotation dated January 13, 1941 $ 43 50 (2) Provide 20 extra rolls of wallpaper in accordance with quotation dated January 13, 1041.
