On motion of Mrs. Plumb, these adjustments were approved. The Secretary presented for record the following report of contracts executed by the President and the Secretary of the Board and deposited with the Secretary since the last report.

ANELLIS, ABE, Special Research Assistant in Dairy Husbandry, in the Agricultural Experiment Station, on one-third time, beginning December 1, 1940, and continuing through January 31, 1941, a t a cash compensation at the rate of fifty dollars ($50) a month. (December 2, 1940)1 BOTHWELL, HENRY J., Cooperating Teacher in the College of Education, for the first semester of the academic year 1940-1941, at a cash compensation to be paid a t the rate of five dollars ($5) for each semester hour of practice teacher registration, but not t o exceed a total compensation of ten dollars (Jio). (November 15, 1940).

BRONNER, CARL EDWARD CAHN, Instructor in Pathology, in the College of

Medicine, beginning November 1, 1940, and continuing through August 31, 1941, without salary. (November 23, 1940).

DUDDY, Mrs. JOSEPHINE ZIMMERMAN, Stenographer in the Department of

Agronomy, in the College of Agriculture and in the Agricultural Experiment Station, for nine months beginning December 1, 1940, subject to the rules of the Civil Service Commission, a t a cash compensation a t the rate of ninety-five dollars ($95) a month (this supersedes her previous appointment). (December 2, 1940)

ENGEL, M I L T O N BAER, Research Assistant in Orthodontia, in the College of

Dentistry, on one-half time, beginning December 1, 1940, and continuing through July 25, 1941, a t a cash compensation a t t h e rate of sixty-two dollars fifty cents ($62.50) a month.
