TBPi wants to have an ice-skating party with us on Friday, Nov. 3, 11 p.m.-l a.m. We have agreed. All SWE officers will be expected to go if at all possible. We have decided to sales in the YMCA. have a fundraiser - movie with popcorn Dalila will organise the event. 3. 4. In order for the phone tree to work, each officer must call their "branches." If you can't reach one of your branches, then it is your responsibility to call her branches as well. SWE Regionals are Nov. 3, 4 and 5 at Purdue Univ. in Indiana. We need to ask companies for money because it costs $60 per person, and we would like to send up to 4 officers. It sounds like a f u . weekend! _n Talk to Dana if your are interested. Every officer should be at the Social Hour at the Levis Center on Tuesday, Sept. 19, 5:30 - 6:30 p.m. It is part of the Be Professional Conference, which SWE officers should plan on attending. We want to buy a wedding gift for Professor Thurston who is getting married in October. Every officer should make a donation - please donate whatever you can afford, about $3$6. Give your donations to Lis as soon as possible. The first newsletter will be out in the end of September. If you have anything to go into the newsletter, put it in Laura's box. Officers are encouraged to write a small paragraph, just to introduce yourself. The next general meeting is Wed., Oct. 4, 6:30 p.m., Illini Union.
