12. Reimbursement. For all purchases you wish to be reimbursed for, make sure you save your receipts. All purchases should be prior approved by the treasurer. Participation. Officers should show up at all SWE functions to represent the society and because they are expected to be there, especially at the exec and general meetings, If you cannot attend the meetings or events make sure you notify the President. Supplies. You may reserve supplies (overhead, VCR, e t c . . ) in Rm. 400 Engineering Hall. Just have the SWE account number 5305. Officer Retreat. By unanimous vote, the new officers will be having a retreat in the fall to discuss the semester ahead, plans and ideas. The Long Term Planning Committee will be responsible for the planning of this event. Nationals - SWE will be sending 2 representatives to Oakland California for the National SWE Conference, June 26 - July 1.
