Quad Day — Wednesday, August 28, 1985 1. no booth as of yet; ideas welcome B. Little Sis Banquet — Sunday, September 8, 1985 1. time — 12:30 - 3:00 2. officers must be present by 12:00 p.m. if not earlier 3. speakers in SWE will be the President, Karen, and Conference Vice President, Julie; others if need arises 4. Scheduled events (tentatively) a. question and answer sessions with little sisters at banquet b. humorous slide show of campus C. National SWE Conference — June 23-26 (Sunday-Wednesday) 1. anyone wishing to attend contact Karen D. O f f i c e r Reports 1. President's Notes a. registration for SWE was accidentally dated incorrectly; therefore, all officers who signed the previous papers need to sign the new ones either Thursday, May 2, or Friday, May 3, in 302 Engineering Hall. Future Plans and Goals A. New committee possibilities discussed 1. they are Resume Book and Technical Career Night B. Thought of having SWE non-officer members introduce themselves when attendance at General Meeting diminishes some. C. Athletic or Social Event 1. Each officer write down one idea for a Social Event, one idea for non-social event, and one seminar topic to use at Technical Career Night for next meeting. 2. Athletic Event Ideas: Tennis tournament; Fun Run; Bowling; Golf; Badmitten, etc. a. think of idea for athletic event
