SWE Meeting Tuesday, November 1, 1977 7:00 pm 321 Illini Union The meeting was opened by Anne Opila. The minutes were read and officer reports were given. Marianne Dranik talked about Knights of St. Pat. Elections were held and Anne Opila and Kosie Orhek were nominated. Anne talked about plans for a Christmas party after the December meeting with AIAA. A panal of five professionals discussed the topic: "Marriage, Family, Engineering — Does It Work?" The panal co&sisted o . : f' Cathy Hamilton and her husband Gerald Aunet from DuPont in Delaware,. Pamela and Harold Kurstedt from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University, and Bev Morrow from Standard Oil in Chicago. The meeting, was adjourned at 8:30 pm for refreshments. was about 80.
