188 BOARD OF TRUSTEES [October 17 President of the University and the Board of Trustees to act on recommendations for purchases of equipment and supplies for higher education institutions in India, which the University is servicing under contracts with the Agency for International Development and for which funds are supplied by the United States Government, to expedite placement of orders and deliveries. It is recommended that this authorization be extended to include purchases under the A I D contract for services to the Faculty of Medicine, Chiengmai Hospital in Thailand.
