C O N T R A C T F O R ELEVATOR R E C O N S T R U C T I O N IN METALLURGY AND MINING BUILDING (9) T h e Director of the Physical Plant and the Vice-President and Comptroller recommend award of a contract for $56,655 to English Brothers Company, Champaign, the lowest bidder, for reconstruction of the elevator shaft and installation of a new elevator in the Metallurgy and Mining Building. This building, formerly the Laboratory of Physics, is being remodeled for the use of the Department of Mining, Metallurgy, and Petroleum Engineering.
