General — Kuhne-Simmons Company, Inc., Champaign $3 064 065 Base Bid $3 069 900 Fee for supervision of other contractors 34 165 It is recommended that all mechanical contractors be assigned to the general contractor who will assume responsibility for the supervision and quality of their work, thus making the mechanical contractors subcontractors of the general contractor.
